  • To ensure a successful event, please provide the following event information. Use this as a checklist to help guide you through the planning of your event.
  • If event is at TLCC, be sure to complete the Internal Facility Reservation Form to reserve space for your event.

  • If you are requesting a TLCC movement ministry, contact the Movement Coordinator at movement@mylightcc.org.

  • Please contact your Stewardship Ambassador at least 60 days in advance of your event to review/confirm your ministry budget.
